Voluminous, soft…… DIE KELCHE
The ring body opens into a chalice-shaped opening at the top, which holds a large gemstone and allows it to shine. Optionally, a band of sparkling diamonds adorns the upper edge. The theme is varied by differently shaped goblets – round or more oval, different sizes are used. An important design element is the coordinated combination of precious metals and colored gemstones: Blue topaz in fine white platinum or orange citrine in rich yellow gold unite to form an extremely harmonious whole, enhancing the color and effect of the other material. Polished surfaces intensify the luminosity of the stones.
However, matt surfaces, such as the archaic-looking “ice matt”, also have their place. The theme thus varies from glamorous and magnificent to powerful and original. Despite their volume, the “chalice” rings are comfortable to wear. The ring band tapers towards the bottom, nestling comfortably between the fingers and becoming a wonderful hand flatterer.
