As we age, we get wrinkles. As brass ages, it darkens. This depends on the composition of perspiration, humidity, and wear. We personally love the effect—you can see that the jewelry has a history. If you don’t like that, you can rub off the label with a soft cloth and clean it in 25% diluted citric acid.
