Crossover - Outside the norm - SOWIESO

Connections outside the norm have a lasting impact on us and our lives. Whether family environment, circle of friends or life itself, all these areas hold a multitude of encounters in store for us that allow us to connect with numerous extraordinary people, places and feelings. These connections are not visible, yet we know that they exist, last and have a lasting impact on us. The two natural materials, brilliant-cut diamonds and faceted pearls, on our Crossover ring also form an extraordinary connection. This ring illustrates all those connections that we cannot see, but which we know exist and are important to us because they represent a special value for us – a value outside the norm. Have you never seen a faceted Tahitian pearl like this before? Especially not in a high-carat interplay with 0.24 ct diamonds tw if.

X NO STRESS ... IS A MATTER OF ATTITUDE!

The conscious red thread in life creates interfaces. Decisions open up NEW paths and your own red thread continues to run … Connects strength and inner peace with the red thread. Exhibition theme 2016: NO STRESS Stress keeps knocking from the outside and moves in waves. Sometimes higher, sometimes lower. This is the philosophy behind the new NO STRESS theme by Beatrice Müller, master goldsmith and state-certified jewelry designer. But the theme means much more: stress has become a slogan in our world. Accepting that it is there does not mean that I have to take it on. I decide for myself which wave I want to ride and when I want to return to inner peace. NO STRESS – is a matter of attitude! NO STRESS also means “being in my time”. When I am in my time-energy, I can’t get stressed at all. From the outside, it often looks as if you can’t climb the mountain in front of you. Halfway up, the view looks completely different. That’s what NO STRESS is all about. Once I have completed one thing, I can concentrate on the next – step by step. With this attitude, I consciously allow myself to be stressed when necessary. At the same time, I can actively return to inner peace. How did the lettering come about? While creating the ring and exploring the theme, master goldsmith and state-certified jewelry designer Beatrice Müller realized that “stress” is a much bigger word than “no”. As a result, the two words had different strengths. By turning the “T”, it has a completely different effect. This creates the common thread that runs through the entire theme within the collection. “By making small changes, I can take away the power of stress. That way, I don’t let stressful situations take away my own strength and the common thread continues,” explains Beatrice Müller. What is the basic idea behind the theme? The NO STRESS theme is a continuation of the ANTENNAS, which were created 15 years ago on September 11. It was and is about communication, sending and receiving. ANTENNEN stands for: “What I send out comes back to me”. Now, in 2016, it is very similar: “If I live in inner peace, I encounter peace from the outside. If I am stressed, the stress lives in me and around me.” Explanation of the materials The red thread as a sign of a stable signpost. It is an invitation to look! The mix of materials stands for the combination of strengths, layer by layer. Silver as the choice of material for the foundation. Gold radiates calm and stands for the precious things in life. The ring of diamonds is an expression of perfection, a unity that cannot be broken.

Kite sport inspires and frees you to DEVELOP

It’s about the moment when the kite first lies completely still, inflates with the incoming air and becomes large. This is the inspiration for the ENTFALTUNG ring by Beatrice Müller, master goldsmith and state-certified jewelry designer. The ENTFALTUNG ring is a complete duo: two rings can be inserted into each other and can be detached again by twisting. The combination of two rings from ENTFALTUNG shows the full power that can be felt when the self changes. Depending on the direction of rotation, the rings show a different view, one might even call it a point of view. The laser engravings pick up on the concepts of allowing unfolding and the feeling of freedom. Handcrafted from precious metal, the new piece of jewelry shows facets through the different polished and matt surface structures. “Unfolding is a process of change that makes you great. The ENTFALTUNG ring stands for growing out of oneself. I don’t limit this process, it applies to all areas of people and places,” explains Beatrice Müller. Opening of the forum in Stein – a city unfolds Beatrice Müller not only links her passion for kite sports with this jewelry theme. At the same time, the ENTFALTUNG ring acts as a symbol for the development of the town of Stein. With the opening of the Forum Stein and the commitment of the local businesses in the trade association, the transformation of the historic town becomes tangible.

    STRANDed

The latest unique piece by Beatrice Müller, master goldsmith and state-certified jewelry designer, is the geSTRANDet object. Beatrice Müller and her team created this extraordinary piece of jewelry for the Schmuck Magazin’s Pearl GRAND PRIX. geSTRANDet Naturally! Mr. Aqua Marin, the pearl catcher, glides across the seas. With a wide-angle view, he manages to knot contradictions into a unity of materials:

    • Aqua in the bedrock
    • Baroque pearl, South Sea
    • 20 pearls, Freshwater
    • 750 yellow gold
    • 750 red gold
    • Bast and hemp rope

Underlining the individual material characteristics: soft flowing through the chain and pearl, the metal stands for the angularity of the stone

    180 GRAD®

180 GRAD® is the name of the new ring, a double signet ring, by Beatrice Müller, a state-certified jewelry designer and master goldsmith from Stein. The collection symbolizes a break from the familiar and at the same time a departure into the new. The double seal is a symbol of the changes that the wearer makes in life. The beginning is the active decision to change – the turning of the hand. At the same time, the 180 GRAD® signet ring stands for the power you have over your own path in life and the dignity with which you should treat yourself. For the first time, the SCHMUCK DESIGN OBJEKTE® studio is presenting a complete collection: The signet rings are accompanied by chain pendants, earrings and cufflinks. The 180 GRAD® collection is unisex. The striking yet delicate design can be worn by men and women with classic to casual clothing. 180 GRAD® literally crowns the individualization of jewelry: The seal plates are interchangeable, so that the right, individual seal can be used for every occasion. The deliberate omission of the typical seal stone underlines the goldsmith’s art and delicate craftsmanship. On request, seals can also be made in platinum, gold or fine silver and decorated with all types and colors of stone.

    <span style="text-decoration: line-through;">UN</span>endlich<br>

UNendlich… the summer event! UNinfinite. Infinitepossibilities and infinitehappiness. We have taken on an UNword and banished it from our field of vision. We cross it out and turn UNhappinessinto happiness. Impossible becomes possible, uncertain becomes certain. Two letters that make the difference between UNcourageand courage. They make our own world appear much more positive in the blink of an eye. One little word – a whole world in between. For this year’s summer event at ATELIER SCHMUCK DESIGN OBJEKTE, Beatrice Müller has created a baroque-looking ring: uncut aquamarine with gold banderoles and countless positive messages. Inside and out. The ring, which the designer has named UNendlich, will be auctioned off for a good cause at the end of the three-day event. The proceeds will go to Medica Mondiale. The organization is committed to the rights of girls and women in crisis and war zones worldwide. Find out more about medica mondiale’s project work here: www.medicamondiale.org

Crazy - jewelry outside the norm

Shifting means leaving the familiar order, breaking through structures, stepping out of line. When we shift things, we gain a new perspective. Our surroundings appear in a different light and we recognize new, exciting connections that – perhaps – also steer us in a new direction. We have given shape to the back: Through jewelry in filigree structures or lush circles flowing into each other.

    Reflection

One with rough edges. A reminder of a lived past. The design is a subtle reminder of the twists and turns of our personal journey through life. Dynamism and movement are also evident in the contours of the indicated points and curves, which alternate to form a powerful ring.

  • 2011

    Platinum Award

An award from Platin Gilde International for the jewelry theme Who can, who can. The diversity and versatility of the collection were honored. For example, embossed banderoles with an individual statement.

  • 2010

    WHO CAN, CAN!

A plethora of colors: solo, in a duo or trio, luminous gemstone spheres rotate around a delicate ring shank. They find the right place on the hand and nestle comfortably. Even several rings in combination are comfortable. Banderoles that nestle around the beads leave room for individual statements.

  • 2009

    Energetic

Extravagant ring made of blackened silver strips with a rock crystal apple surrounded by seven gold dwarves: one dreamy, the other wise and waiting, the third cunning, the fourth a friendly optimist. A fairytale creation based on Snow White. Children’s dreams for adults.

  • 2008

    Paradise

Give me the key to paradise! The ornate apple sits enthroned on a golden plate. Paradise is all within us. We carry the key to it in our hearts.

  • 2007

    Feel-good device

A lavish ring whose band appears to be divided into cushion-shaped segments by small gemstones. Like a precious silk cushion, adorned with brilliant brocade and pearl tassels, the expansive attachment sits enthroned on the feel-good ring. Flattering. Feel good!

  • 2006

    Plenty and abundance

Jewelry should inspire and give pleasure. A cornucopia of possibilities to emphasize facets of one’s own personality, to express feelings. This is expressed in abundance. Pure joie de vivre! Life is so much easier.

  • 2005

    Self-runner

Playful and extroverted. The self-runner stands on its own, stands on two feet or is carried. Anything is possible, nothing is a constraint. With its large, shining stone, it is an eye-catcher and a means of communication. Created for the market launch of Glanz und Gloria by Beatrice Müller. Because what is good runs by itself. Everything else has to be “earned”.

  • 2003

    Lightbringer

Has the sun gone out? Where is the motivation, the lightness of being? The Light Bringer is a call to shake off dark thoughts, to look for a ray of light. Light is where the windows are not darkened, where people are open and spread joy: “Whenever you think you can’t go on, a little light comes from somewhere.”

  • 2002

    Treasure angel

Harmony. The treasure in each individual. Harmony is love. Love is growth and is within us. Love has wings and is in every place.

  • 2001

    Antennas

Send and receive. Setting signals. Symbols of togetherness. Signs of the times. Feelers. Facial expressions and gestures are important means of communication, but we also communicate with our environment through jewelry. With the Antenna ring, we consciously put out feelers.

  • 2000

    Milestone

A marker on the side of the road or a symbol for a stage in life: the milestone. Here, brittle concrete has been cast into a ring, set in precious platinum. The ring was created to mark the studio’s move to the Ziegler Villa in Stein.

  • 1999

    Labyrinth

Beatrice Müller was inspired by Michael Ende’s book “The Mirror in the Mirror”: people try to escape their labyrinth instead of recognizing it, to move in it – to be allowed and able to move in it. The labyrinth is not a prison, it is free space!

  • 1998

    Jonathan

For Jonathan, the seagull from Richard Bach’s novel of the same name, the most important thing is the pursuit of the meaning of existence. Despite being ostracized, Jonathan passionately sticks to his goals. The Free Flight, Rock and Jonathan, or The Seagull Jonathan is jewelry created through inspiration from the tale of inner wisdom.

  • 1998

    Node

Knots. Knots with oneself, with others = connectedness. The knot is a sign of connectedness

  • 1997

    Sir Lanzerot

Lava and light. A ring cut from stone from the Canary Island of Lanzarote. Its typically porous, characterful surface is home to a deep orange citrine. The shiny gold edging impressively emphasizes the contrast between lava and gemstone.

  • 1997

    Course of time

Originate, grow, decay. Jewelry made from recycled materials shows us the life cycle. What is important is the here and now, savoring the moment. Lauf der Zeit was part of a series of exhibitions in various galleries in Paris.

  • 1996

    Theo W.

“Stroke me!” signals Theo W., the yellow gold ring with fur trim. Bushy, eye-catching, to love and as an invitation to our counterpart to come a little closer to us. Associations with former politicians are unintentional.

  • 1996

    Cocky

A vain rooster! Ring in an interplay of yellow gold and reconstructed coral. The striking contour with the red cockscomb leaves no doubt as to its identity. Bold, extroverted. The event ring for Easter.

  • 1996

    The winged one

Inspired by author Michael Ende’s book “The Mirror in the Mirror”, Beatrice Müller created the striking ring “The Winged One”: “Such wings are only worn by those who are light and only happiness makes them light.”

  • 1994

    Snowflake

Many things in life are hidden, you can’t unpack them and take them with you. They come and go.

  • 1994

    Goldlapis No.7

The hand flatterer with the unpolished slab makes the tension in the material visible: gold accentuates the veining in the lapis lazuli and makes its deep blue shine even more intensely.

  • 1993

    Evergreen

Cool black onyx and bright green grass. Evergreen makes the transient visible: the passage of time in the growing, then withering grass. Even nature is not evergreen in the changing seasons.

  • 1992

    Beginning

Beginning, origin, milestone. The ring that marks the opening of the Schmuck Design Objekte studio. Not a perfect roundness, but rather a feeling for different sides. A shape that wants to develop. How will the future shape up?
