The ring size of NO STRESS rings is determined based on the inner circumference. To find the correct ring circumference, all you need is a piece of string or a piece of paper.
Wrap the thread or paper around the part of your finger where you want to wear the ring and then measure the length. The measured millimeters represent the inner circumference of the ring.
