Fun facts brass
Even in ancient times, people discovered that brass is a very special material. It’s bactericidal, meaning it actively reduces germs on its surface and prevents them from multiplying. The term “antibacterial” certainly wasn’t known back then, but our ancestors used it intuitively, using copper sulfate for disinfection, for example.
