The word “antibacterial” certainly wasn’t known back then, but our ancestors applied it intuitively, for example, using copper sulfate for disinfection.

Care Instructions: As we age, we get wrinkles. As brass ages, it darkens. This depends on the composition of perspiration, humidity, and how often it’s worn. So, if you’re so enamored with your jewelry that you wear it all the time, you’ll see it age more quickly. Personally, we love this effect – it’s nice to see that the jewelry has a history. If you don’t like this, you can rub the jewelry with a soft cloth and clean it in a 25% diluted citric acid solution.
